Hi, I’ve been having some issues lately with my Windows 11 laptop. A few weeks ago, I accidentally dropped the laptop and ended up with a dent on the left side of the keyboard. Since then, the S, Z, Alt, and Control keys have been malfunctioning, sometimes suddenly not responding and then working fine again a few moments later. I’ve tried tapping the bottom of the laptop and sometimes that fixes it, and shaking the laptop has the same effect. To try and fix the issue, I’ve removed the problematic keyboard keys, cleaned the dust from under the keyboard, and reinstalled the keyboard drivers, but the issue persists.
