I want to upgrade to Windows 11 recently, but I have a question I want to clarify first. Do I still need to bind a Microsoft account to install Windows 11? I am more used to using a local account and don’t want to bind. Does anyone know the current situation, or is there a way to install it directly without a Microsoft account?
